Our client, an immersive experiences company, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their People & HR team. This key role will manage full lifecycle recruiting from partnering with hiring managers, sourcing, managing the interview process, and extending and closing offers for critical roles at all levels. This role is responsible for crafting and executing effective sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and high-performing candidates for both.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize diverse search methods to source candidates and build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Meticulously review resumes and conduct thorough phone and video screenings to evaluate candidates.
- Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews through our Applicant Tracking System, developing tailored interview questions, and establishing comprehensive scorecards.
- Collaborate effectively with hiring departments to refine job descriptions, strategize interviewing approaches, and identify critical assessment criteria for candidates.
- Conduct thorough reference checks to ensure candidate suitability and alignment with company values.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR Partners to finalize offer details, extend offers professionally, skillfully negotiate employment terms, and ensure the successful closure of offers.
- Stay updated with the latest recruiting trends and best practices, particularly within related industries, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection aspects strictly follow employment laws and regulations.
- Actively participate in relevant recruiting and networking events, including college career fairs.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of five years of comprehensive full lifecycle recruiting experience, including at least two years of successful experience recruiting technical Engineering and I.T. positions.
- At least three years of experience managing a requisition load of 15+ reqs at any given time with minimal guidance with an average time-to-fill of 40 days or less, preferably at a rapidly growing Technology company.
- Proficient in a broad spectrum of sourcing strategies and methodologies.
- Proven experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, preferably Ceridian Dayforce, to manage recruiting efficiently.
- Strong understanding of local and national employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliant and ethical recruitment practices.
