Our client, an immersive company, is looking for a temporary marketing coordinator. In this position, you will be coordinating with the Sales and Marketing teams to execute company participation in numerous business conferences throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Conference and Event Manager to effectively execute conferences
- Track progress against execution for multiple conferences at a time, maintaining records of the conferences Cosm attends
- Organize and execute company and stakeholder conference registration, hotels, and travel as needed
- Maintain accurate budgetary records related to event spending in partnership teammates
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to execute specific collateral needs
- Produce and maintain inventory of physical marketing assets and promotional items
- Coordinate with shipping to makes sure conference and booth materials arrive on-time
- Coordinate across teams to deliver digital materials by conference deadline
- Conduct competitive research on each conference and provide information to support the Sr. Director’s cost benefit analysis
Experience and Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or an administrative function
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or similar
- Project management across teams
