Our client, an immersive experience company, is looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst with extensive knowledge and experience with Ceridian Dayforce or equivalent systems to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of Human Resources information systems and will be able to utilize the Dayforce system to provide efficient and accurate data management.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of all HRIS data. Perform group data updates, exports, imports, clean-ups, and troubleshoot any data discrepancies.
- Provide support and troubleshoot any issues related to the Dayforce system.
- Create and maintain user accounts and profiles.
- Develop reports and analyze data to assess trends and identify any discrepancies.
- Assist in developing and implementing new processes and procedures related to the HRIS system.
- Stay current on updates and changes to the Dayforce system.
- Managing EDI Files (Electronic Data Exchange)
- Administering benefits plans (medical insurance providers) and annual minimum wage changes for venues.
- Invoice reconciliation, working with accounting team on auditing accruals & invoices.
- Create Run, review, standard and complex reports as needed.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Payroll Administration
- Proficient in HRIS systems, including proficiency in report writing, system maintenance, and upgrades
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns, and present findings and recommendations
- Working knowledge of payroll processing, payroll tax administration, and payroll deductions
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations and ability to maintain confidential information
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
