Our client, a leading global media and entertainment company that provides premium subscription video and programming has an immediate need for an temporary Executive Assistant. This is a 6-month assignment, onsite, in their New York City office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars (scheduling meetings, conference, and teleconferences).
  • Assist in meeting preparation and conference room setup.
  • Experience with “rolling calls.”
  • Manage a high level of communication with internal and external contacts/executives.
  • Creating and distributing presentations, maintaining files, spreadsheets, etc.Coordinating complex travel arrangements.
  • Prepare expense reports and departmental invoices including coding, scanning, and reconciling.
  • Work with the Office Services and IT team to maintain office supplies and expedite technology requests.
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience supporting executive level leaders at SVP+ level.
  • Experience supporting an executive in the entertainment industry.
  • Experience using Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs.
  • Experience using Concur.
  • Excellent organization, time, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work proactively in a fast paced, high volume, and deadline-oriented environment with appropriate time-management and prioritization, and close attention to detail.
