Our client, a global entertainment and sports agency, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator with 1 to 2 years of HR or recruiting experience to join their team! In this role, you’ll support senior recruiters with hiring efforts across their organization and be responsible for managing your own candidate pool as well. 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sourcing, screening and recommending high-caliber candidates to senior recruiters for further interviews
  • Create job descriptions and job postings
  • Utilize and research social media opportunities for posting jobs
  • Conduct informational interviews to maintain a strong applicant pool
  • Attend recruiting events to connect with talent and promote their company brand
  • Provide a positive candidate experience and ensure all candidates receive timely communication
  • Work closely with Human Resources on special projects and companywide initiatives

Qualifications:

  • B.A. Degree
  • 1-2 years of HR or recruiting experience (campus recruiting is a plus.)
  • Basic understanding of the full-cycle recruiting process, including policies and procedures
  • Experience with ATS and HRIS, WorkDay experience is preferable
  • Ability to work closely with HR executives and the talent acquisition team
  • Long-term interest in HR and Talent Acquisition
  • Entertainment or media background preferred
  • Experience dealing with high levels of confidentiality
  • Exceptional level of professionalism and ability to work in a fast-paced, corporate, entertainment HR environment
