Executive Assistant - Live Entertainment

Industry leader in live entertainment has an immediate need for an Executive Assistant to support their CEO in West Los Angeles.

Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain a high-level of polish and professionalism at all times, as this role requires communication with high profile talent, agents and executives
  • Manage a high volume of phone calls, heavy scheduling and calendar management
  • Travel coordination (domestic and international), and managing complex travel itineraries
  • Exceptionally strong business writing skills for written correspondence
  • Process expense reports
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, appointments, and conference calls 
  • Coordinate with caterers and arrange facilities for special events 
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining presentations, database and spreadsheet files
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills, and stellar phone etiquette
  • Occasional personal assistant duties (i.e. pick up dry cleaning)
  • Ability to multi-task, shift priorities, work independently and proactively at all times
  • Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times

Requirements:

  • B. A. Degree
  • 1 to 3 years of advanced entertainment based Assistant experience
  • Entertainment background preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced level experience with Microsoft Office and Google Dogs
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • Stellar interpersonal skills, and a high level of polish and professionalism
  • Ability to travel globally as required
  • Passion for live entertainment
