Industry leader in live entertainment has an immediate need for an Executive Assistant to support their CEO in West Los Angeles.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high-level of polish and professionalism at all times, as this role requires communication with high profile talent, agents and executives
- Manage a high volume of phone calls, heavy scheduling and calendar management
- Travel coordination (domestic and international), and managing complex travel itineraries
- Exceptionally strong business writing skills for written correspondence
- Process expense reports
- Organize and facilitate meetings, appointments, and conference calls
- Coordinate with caterers and arrange facilities for special events
- Responsible for creating and maintaining presentations, database and spreadsheet files
- Exceptional verbal communication skills, and stellar phone etiquette
- Occasional personal assistant duties (i.e. pick up dry cleaning)
- Ability to multi-task, shift priorities, work independently and proactively at all times
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times
Requirements:
- B. A. Degree
- 1 to 3 years of advanced entertainment based Assistant experience
- Entertainment background preferred
- Intermediate to advanced level experience with Microsoft Office and Google Dogs
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Stellar interpersonal skills, and a high level of polish and professionalism
- Ability to travel globally as required
- Passion for live entertainment
