Our client, a global entertainment agency, is looking for a Creative Assistant to join their team! In this role, you’ll use your creative software and administrative skills to provide departmental support on a variety of projects, including but not limited to Intranet maintenance and general clerical support. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills with a leader in the entertainment industry!
You should have:
- a Bachelor’s degree [degrees in Public Relations or Communications a plus!]
- a minimum 1 year of experience providing administrative support within entertainment, including rolling calls [internships ok!]
- thorough experience with and knowledge of Adobe InDesign & the Microsoft Office Suite [portfolios a plus!]
- proven writing skills
- open availability
- excellent communicative, collaborative, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to adjust to shifting priorities
