Crystal graduated from Marymount Manhattan College with a degree in Communications. During school, she interned with Dreamworks, as a Promotions Department intern. Here, she got a taste for the entertainment industry and decided to pursue it after graduating from school. She started temping with the Weinstein Company in New York and was hired as an Executive Asst to the EVP of Finance & VP of Business Affairs. Here, she handled heavy phones, coordinated multiple calendars, scheduled appts 7 days a week and also ran personal errands. She decided to move to Los Angeles for more opportunity and was offered a position at Endeavor Agency. She is currently trying to get into management and development. She’s very organized, polished and motivated.

JESSE ::: ENTRY-LEVEL WITH GREAT INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE
Jesse recently graduated from FSU with a BFA in Film and TV. During school, he participated in an internship where he worked as an administrative assistant to the President of a motion picture distribution company, Red Hills Releasing.javascript:; Here, he was involved in the distribution plan for theatrical releases such as: “JCVD” and “The Deal.” Right after graduating, he moved to Los Angeles with two internships lined up at Film Nation Entertainment and Oops Doughnuts productions. Here, he is responsible for writing script coverage, rolling calls, filing, coordinating meetings/schedules, expense reports, etc. He’s motivated, smart and knows the film industry very well.

KIM ::: GREAT ADMIN EXPERIENCE
After graduating from undergrad, Kimberley worked for Allied Advertising in Boston for almost three years before deciding to go back to school to pursue a degree in screenwriting. She moved to LA a few months ago and has been interning and script reading to get her foot in the door. She’s really polished and hardworking.

ELISA ::: GREAT ENTERTAINMENT ADMIN EXPERIENCE
Elisa graduated from Emerson College with a degree in Film and moved out to Los Angeles for the Semester in LA program through her school to intern at Warner Bros. Records. She worked in their Art Department, where she answered phones and emails, did expense reports, arranged travel, and helped with photo shoots. She was hired on part-time in the department after the internship ended, so she decided to move permanently to LA. She was offered a position at Six Stair Inc, where she worked as a PA/Office Assistant. Here, she helped with everything around the office. She used Quickbooks to organize their finances, booked travel, ran errands and helped set up film screenings. The company downsized, so she took a position at Paranoid US, where she worked as their Office Manager. They recently let her know that they need her only part-time, so she is now looking for something more stable.

TIM ::: GREAT ENTRY-LEVEL CANDIDATE
Tim recently graduated from the University of Massachusetts a degree in Business. After he graduated, he was offered an internship with Endeavor Agency, where he worked the mailroom, covered assistants’ desks and did extensive script coverage. Once the internship ended, he moved back to Boston and was offered a position with Enterprise Rent-a-Car. Here, he worked on bringing in new business, maintained client relationships, and learned how to track the progress using spreadsheets and other tools. He decided to move to LA permanently and is now looking for an entry-level position. He’s honest, well-spoken and really smart!

JENNIFER ::: RECENT NYU GRAD

Jennifer recently moved to Los Angeles after graduating from NYU in Dec 08 with a BA in History and Politics. While in school she was interning for Paramount Vantage as the Publicity and Awards Intern where she was able to work with guild members and assist in planning major events. In school she was also able to intern with Xerox Corporation, and Westfall Cardiology. She was very involved in school working as an economics tutor along with service for Habitat for Humanity, Pluta Family Cancer Center, and Crises Nursery. She is proficient in Mac, PC, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. She has excellent communication skills and is looking for her next opportunity.

JESSE ::: ENTERTIANMENT MARKETING DIRECTOR
Jesse is a mid level marketing director who was most recently at Peace Arch Entertainment as a Director of Marketing and Acquisitions. He was in charge of advertising for TV, Film and DVD product. This included posters, sell sheets, tag lines, synopses, advertisements, email blasts, press-kits, and trailers.  He also held pitch meetings, did online marketing research and maintained their website.  Before Peace Arch, he was an assistant to the producers, writers, and director.  He assisted in development, post production, pre-production, as well as administrative duties.  Jesse has great experience in the entertainment industry and a keen marketing sense to be right for your entertainment marketing team.

TREVOR ::: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Trevor is a solid candidate with experience as an account executive as well as an agent’s assistant at CAA.  His past experience includes working for Mark Burnett Productions as an Account Executive for FOX’s “On the Lot” as well as a Publicity Coordinator for CBS’s “Rock Star”.  He oversaw media coverage, created press strategies, and served as a liaison between the talent and press. He then started his own entertainment public relations firm called Transfer Media Group with a partner and served as the Account Executive.  Most of their clients were music related but they dealt with film production companies as well.  He then decided to move more into the film and television realm and became an agent’s assistant at CAA for a Sr Agent in Lifestyle and Licensing divisions. Trevor is looking to use his knowledge and skills to take his next step.

Lindsey recently graduated from University of Illinois with a BS in Advertising. While she was in school she held some great internships with Martin Engineering, Illini Media, and most recently E! Entertainment where she was an Editorial Intern helping stay current on popular trends, monitoring dailies, writing blogs, attending events, transcribing interviews, and assisting Senior Editors to name a few of her duties. AMANDA ::: GREAT MUSIC BACKGROUND
Amanda recently graduated from UCLA with a degree in Int’l Studies and Music History, but came out of school with a lot of knowledge of the music industry from her internships. Between 2006 and the beginning of 2008, she interned for Filter Magazine, 20th Century Fox, Dimension Films/Weinstein Co., and for Music Supervisor, Billy Gottlieb. Before she even graduated, she had accepted a position with Universal Music Publishing Group, assisting two music and film clearance managers. She is currently looking for another great opportunity in music.

LUKE ::: ASSISTANT/FILM
After graduating from Duke University with a BA, Luke decided to go to law school and finished up with his law degree in Dec 2006. He took a position at Gotham Records in New York as an Admin Asst so he could learn how to roll calls, maintain calendars, etc. He was with them for a year, but has always been passionate about film, so he interned with NEHST Studios, where he helped with anything that came up. Since July 2008, he has been working for Abbot Management as a Screenplay Reader. He decided to move to Los Angeles in November 2008 and has been looking for a position in development. He’s motivated, outgoing and passionate!

JORDAN ::: RECEPTIONIST
Jordan recently graduated from Cal State Northridge with a BS in Recreation Tourism Management. She gained great experience through work experience and internship experience during school. She worked as a Personal Assistant for the CEO of BBC Construction. Here, she scheduled heavy travel, answered phones, filed and set up meetings. During one summer, she took an internship in New York at Regen Capital Group, where she handled all personal and business activities for the CEO. She sat in on meetings to take minutes, coordinated extensive travel arrangements, tracked invoices and helped with any other administrative work that came in. For the past year and a half, she has been interning with Event Eleven, a boutique special events company. Here, she helped in the office with all administrative work and assisted on-site at several events. She is currently looking for an entry-level position within the entertainment industry. She’s motivated, eager and open to any opportunity!

ZACH ::: OPEN FOR ANY TEMP WORK
After graduating in 2006 from Wesleyan University with a degree in English, Zach packed up and moved to Los Angeles to pursue his interest in film. Once he arrived, he was offered a Production Assistant position on the Nickelodeon show, ” iCarly.” He was a PA for this show as well as for “Zoey 101″ before being offered a transcribing position with both “13: Fear is Real,” and “Rock Band.” He was finally offered a writer’s assistant position with CBS, on their show, “Worst Week.” There, he made some contacts and was then taken over to the writer’s room as an assistant at “Kath & Kim” at NBC. The show is currently waiting to see if it will be picked up for a 2nd season, so he is looking for temporary work to get him through until then. Very smart guy – good personality and very motivated.

PETE ::: RECENT GRAD LOOKING FOR ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION IN FILM
Pete is a recent graduate from FSU with a BFA in Motion Pictures, TV, and Recording Arts. He recently moved to Los Angeles and is looking for a great entry-level position to get his foot in the door. Most recently, Pete was working with Pathway Productions, where he started as an intern and worked his way up to an assistant editor. He’s smart, hardworking and motivated.

Kelly recently graduated from Emerson College with a BA in Film. While in school she held some great internships with Radical Media, Utopia Planitia Films, and Greater Media Boston. She also worked with The American Film Market helping schedule appointments, organizing promotional material, and working with the buyers. She has well rounded experience, and is looking for great entry-level opportunities. She is very tech savvy, proficient with cameras and recording equipment as well as Avid, Final Cut, Photoshop, After Effects, and Office. She is very hardworking and available immediately!

MIKE ::: ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Mike is an Account Executive with strong project management and client relations skills within the entertainment industry. He was most recently with B1 Media where he was the liaison between clients and internal creative production teams handling the Warner Bros. DVD and Blu-Ray menu business. He managed the release of over 400 DVD titles in his time there, while increasing the company’s growth and acquiring new accounts. He also developed pitches for new projects while ensuring the efficient delivery of over forty simultaneous projects including custom motion graphics and menus. Previously with Wanderlust Media/ Navtones, he drove the business development for celebrity voiced navigation systems, managed and acquired new contacts for business partnerships involving the licensing marketing and sales procedures. Mike is well versed in the entertainment industry and is eager to bring his expertise and drive to a new team!

WADE ::: OFFICE MANAGER
After graduating from San Francisco State University in 2005, Wade moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in entertainment. He landed a job at Intralink Films as soon as he moved out, where he was responsible for assisting in the audiovisual, print & motion graphics departments. He learned a lot about creative advertising from being here, but was offered a position at Oil Factory, Inc, where he assisted the Head of Production with any administrative work, booking cinematographers and producers as well as hired and managed all interns. The company had to eliminate a few positions, one of them being Wade’s. Since then, he has been working some PA jobs as well as working in hospitality. He’s smart, friendly and motivated.

KENNY ::: RECENT MBA GRAD LOOKING FOR ENTRY LEVEL POSITION
Kenny recently finished up his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. During school, he worked mainly in politics for the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute, The Office of Congresswoman Grace Napolitano and also worked as a Wall Street Summit Associate for New America Alliance, Inc. Kenny decided to move out to Los Angeles to pursue a career in entertainment.

ALYSSA ::: MOTIVATED GRAD WITH GREAT ADMIN SKILLS
Alyssa graduated in May 2008 from the Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse. She moved to Los Angeles for more opportunity and was offered a position at Rigel Entertainment, an independent distribution and production company. Here, she assisted the Chairman & CEO and the COO with any administrative help they needed. She rolled calls, scheduled meetings and travel arrangements, and helped out with whatever needed to get done. Things have slowed down with the work at the company, so she is helping out here and there, but the job is basically done. She is currently looking for a new opportunity!

STEPHNEY ::: ADMIN ASSISTANT WITH ACCOUNTING BACKGROUND
Stephney has over 20 years accounting experience working with companies that include Robot Chicken, Magical Elves, Inc., MTV Networks, to name a few. Andrew is a assistant that is experienced in production and development in the entertainment industry. He was most currently a Development assistant at Affirmative Entertainment. Mel graduated with his MFA in TV and Recording Arts in 2007 and moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in entertainment. He’s had great experience assisting directors on various films. Most recently, he assisted Lara Shapiro on a Nu Image/Millennium Films project and he was responsible for anything that came up. From casting to managing talent, coordinating his director’s schedule and arranging transportation/meals, Mel kept very busy. Silvy recently graduated from California State University, Chico with a BA in Communication Studies. While is school she held some great internships with FOX, Sony/BMG, Universal Music Group as the Marketing Intern. JOE ::: ART DIRECTOR FOR KEY ART AND ENTERTAINMENT
Joe is an Art Director/Designer with over 8 years experience which he has spent faithfully at POV where he worked on key art, DVD packaging, consumer and trade ads, POP and some web banners. There he was responsible for the art direction and design of projects for clients like HBO, Warner Home Video, Genius Entertainment, Universal Studios, Sony Entertainment, MGM and many more. He has also been freelancing with Ignited recently working on forthcoming releases. He would like to continue his extensive experience in the entertainment realm, and utilize his expert skills in the Creative Suite and Quark. If you need help on your key art or entertainment projects, then you must meet Joe!

MIKE ::: COORDINATOR
Mike is a well organized Coordinator with over 5 years experience working for the likes of Warner Bros. Television, DME Entertainment, Anonymous Content and Gerber Pictures. At Warner Bros. he was a traffic coordinator managing the shipping of dailies and post- production materials for multiple shows, managing and trafficking union workers, liaising between several departments including studio and show employees, maintaining archives and managing heavy phones, data processing and filing. He has also managed several spreadsheets to track projects, scheduled appointments, ran errands, researched and developed special department projects. Mike is very knowledgeable of the industry, incredibly organized and eager to find his next opportunity.

CHRISTINA ::: INTERACTIVE PRODUCER
Christina is an experienced and precise senior level Producer for both interactive and broadcast who has worked for such clients and agencies as Genex, McElroy, Digital Filmmaking Institute, Primedia and the Home Shopping Network. Most recently with Genex she was responsible for the deployment of interactive initiatives for ABC/Disney, Sony, Warner Bros, Nestle, and Kraft. She worked on projects ranging from an iPhone application, banners, online portals and widgets to ABC/Disney’s first integrated game show [live broadcast with integrated online component] and in each she managed the staffing and supervision of teams, department budgets, scheduling on-time delivery. She is incredibly organized and meticulous, has plenty of experience with client relations and working closely with them to strategize and implement, and she is ready for her next challenge.

ANDREW ::: JUNIOR FLASH DESIGNER
Andrew is an eager and talented Junior designer who has already gotten his feet wet with Companies like Pointroll, Stick and Move Advertising in Philadelphia, and ClearChannel-Taxi Media Advertising in London. Most recently at Pointroll he contributed his design and technical skills to banner, panel and expandable ad units for clients like Universal, Avatar, Ignition and Mindshare, including streaming video components for Disney, Sony and Paramount. He is looking for his next challenge and to continue learning and building upon his already strong Flash, Actionscript, Photoshop, Ilustrator and Final Cut Pro skills.

WILLIAM ::: COPYWRITER EXTRAORDINAIRE
William is a super talented Copywriter and Creative Strategist who has worked in entertainment, advertising and consumer marketing with much success. Most recently with The Branding Farm he worked on concept, strategy and execution of campaigns for clients like DDB/Activision, AEG, The Beldings, KSL Resorts and more. HIs projects included digital campaigns consisting of banners and ads, e-mail promotions, web content [long form], collateral, viral marketing videos and online webisodes. Some of his freelance projects also include the digital marketing for Universal Pictures including the viral marketing videos and websites for Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Role Models and Land of the Lost. He has a ton of entertainment and pop culture knowledge and the ability to change styles while remaining clever and irreverent.

Stephanie is a Project Manager whose managing skills lay in coordinating print and DVD projects. She has a background in administration and bookkeeping but started project managing at DZN where she was hired as a Billing Analyst but then quickly promoted to Project Manager. She worked closely with the account exec and other designers, managing projects for companies like Mattel, NBC, and Universal. She has currently been freelancing for the last year and is looking for her next opportunity.

TIMOTHY ::: ADMIN ASSISTANT WITH EXCELLENT WRITING SKILLS
Timothy recently graduated from Washington and Lee University with a BA in Journalism/Communication. While is school he held a great internship with Clear Channel as the marketing and promo intern for KLAC and worked with a small team analyzing audience trends to produce a user friendly website. He also worked as an assistant for MGM writing library film promos for Stargate. He is currently a PA for Livingston 5 Productions where he aids with interviews and promotional shoots. Christina was recently Executive/Personal Assistant to comedian /actor/musician Katt Williams. Here she did everything for him including managing schedule, managing bills and accounts, assisting in his comedy tour, hiring of staff, to name a few of her duties. Prior to this she was office manager for Centerpoint Properties working with brokers and consumers to show, refinance, and sell homes. She is very adaptable and flexible with her work schedule. She is looking to obtain a position in the entertainment field where she can use her skills.

NICOLE ::: PR ASSISTANT
Nicole recently graduated from Cal State Dominguez Hills with a BA in Communications/PR. She worked all throughout school, which gave her great real world experience. From 2004 – 2007, she worked for 100.3 the Beat as an Office/Production Assistant. She assisted the market controller, the business office manager, and the A/R specialist with any extra help that they needed. In 2007, she interned for Showreel International in the PR department. Here she was involved in the meetings with prospective clients, updated the media contact lists, designed and produced press kits and was responsible for collecting press clips, bios, press releases and fact sheets. Since graduating, Nicole has been interning for a boutique entertainment PR company, LAJ & Associates. Here, she is responsible for escorting clients/talent to events and media appearances, pitches clients to various media, coordinates travel for the publicists, answers phones and any other administrative work that comes in. From her work and intern experience during school, Nicole has learned so much and is excited to start her career! She is open for any entry-level assistant positions in the entertainment industry. She’s polished, smart and motivated!

Ashley is an incredibly energetic and outgoing Interactive Producer with experience form shops like Ignited Minds, Team One and Fox Sports. Most recently with Ignited Minds she was responsible for determining, defining and documenting project needs, liaising with clients and organizing internal teams. Here she worked on producing standard and rich media banners and ad units for clients like EA Mobile, Cartoon Network, NBC Universal and Activision to name a few. Previously at Team One she worked on the Lexus sit redesigns and sites for individual models by managing project deadlines and efficiency in a large scale and measured environment. Ashley has a great deal if enthusiasm and expertise to bring to any team, and is looking for her next great opportunity to make the most of her talents!

ORALIA ::: GREAT MUSIC BACKGROUND
Oralia graduated from USC with a degree in International Relations and began working in music soon after. She interned for New Line Cinema, where she worked in their Music in Film/Soundtracks dept. Once the internship ended, she took a position at Rhino Entertainment, a Warner Music Group company. She went in as their domestic licensing assistant and was quickly promoted to their International Licensing/Jr. Manager. She recently left after being with the company for about 3 years. She is looking for her next great opportunity and is mainly interested in music. She’s smart, well-spoken and is fluent in Spanish.

GWYNNE ::: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Gwynne was most recently Assistant to Kristin Newman for “Single with Parents” assisting the producer through scheduling, phones, script coverage, event planning. Prior to this she was working for The Gotham Group providing admin support such as rolling calls, scheduling, and literary coverage. She has also worked in the past for Alan Gray Inc., Greenline Records, and Fork in Hand Records. She is proficient in PC, MAC, Word, Excel, Outlook, and is looking for great opportunities where she can use her skills. She is very personable and no task is too large or too small for her.

Jason is an experienced business development professional with over 4 years of experience in the online space. Most recently with Clear Channel he was a sales executive responsible for the successful sales of online and radio ads, working with clients as diverse as KB Home, and Chicks SPorting Goods on a national level and ad agencies as well, increasing his business by 35%. Prior to Clear Channel he was the Sales Director at Pulse Rated, a web 2.0 music site for which Jason was in charge of increasing revenue, licensing music to film and video game companies, and developed and brokered all online advertising. His skills in interactive sales are extensive and combined with his thorough knowledge of music and entertainment, he is sure to be an asset.

MARK::WEB PRODUCER
Mark is a Web Producer with a background in music management and marketing. At his most current job at Live Nation Artists he was a Director of New Media / Web Producer and was responsible for producing websites, fan communities and ecommerce stores for music artists like Tom Petty, KISS, and Alice Cooper as well as designing marketing campaigns and analyzing monthly web statistics for his produced sites. His background also includes working for Caliente Entertainment where he managed clients like Sacha Baron Cohen, Ice T, and Cream Records. From Caliente he moved on to start his own web site consultant and talent management company called On The Mark Entertainment. His company produced websites for artists like Madonna, Fleetwood Mac and Billy Idol as well as managing and researching all of the website content and developing marketing plans to promote clients. Mark is passionate about interactive media and marketing and is looking for his next opportunity to use his experience and skill sets.

LEIGH ::: EXECUTIVE/PERSONAL ASSISTANT
After graduating in 2003, Leigh took a position at the Four Seasons Hotel in Washington DC, where she worked as a Catering Coordinator/Admin Asst for a little over a year. Here, she assisted with planning and executing all events. She prepared contract proposals, met with clients, and helped with any administrative work that came up. She decided to move to California for a change, since she grew up in Baltimore, so she moved to San Diego, where she was offered a position at Ladeki Restaurant Group. Here she worked in Operations and was also the Executive/Personal Assistant. She did a little bit of everything here from maintaining important documents, to helping with special events. She realized there was more opportunity in LA, so she made the move and immediately got a position at Imagine Entertainment, where she has been for the past 2 ½ years. She went in as the assistant to the VP of Admin and Operations where she rolled calls, scheduled meetings, did expense reports, as well as assisted with the executives’ needs. After about a year in Operations, she was placed as the Executive/Personal Assistant to Brian Grazer. Here she did everything and anything that came up. From personal tasks for him and his family, to covering heavy phones in office, Leigh was responsible for making sure everything ran smoothly. She put in her notice to leave in November and was responsible for hiring her replacement, which was done right before the holidays in December so she’s currently looking for a similar position. She’s polished, smart and hardworking.
