Tara recently graduated from BYU with a BA Communications: Advertising/Marketing. While in school she was involved in the ad lab working on clients like NikeiD, AOL, Ford, Verizon, to name a few. She also held some great internships while in school with Integrated Marketing Services, BBDO New York as the Intern to IRC Specialist and Account Planning Department, and TBWA\Chiat\Day working on the Sara Lee team. She is very smart, motivated, and looking for great entry level positions where she can
grow and be part of a team.

JENNIFER ::: RECENT NYU GRAD WITH ENTERTAINMENT EXPERIENCE
Jennifer recently moved to Los Angeles after graduating from NYU in Dec 08 with a BA in History and Politics. While in school she was interning for Paramount Vantage as the Publicity and Awards Intern where she was able to work with guild members and assist in planning major events. In school she was also able to intern with Xerox Corporation, and Westfall Cardiology. She was very involved in school working as an economics tutor along with service for Habitat for Humanity, Pluta Family Cancer Center, and Crises Nursery. She is proficient in Mac, PC, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. She has excellent communication skills and is looking for her next opportunity.

ANDREW ::: EXECUTIVE AND DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT
Andrew is a assistant that is experienced in production and development in the entertainment industry. He was most currently a Development assistant at Affirmative Entertainment. At Affirmative he assisted the manager and producer by preparing meetings and pitches, coordinating travel, and assisting in the development of shows such as Californication. Before then he was a 2nd Assistant to the CEO of Lionsgate Entertainment, where he started as an intern and then was quickly moved up to the assistant level. Andrew is skilled on both a Mac and PC in final Cut, Adobe Creative suite, and Microsoft Office. He is especially skilled on the tech and program side because of his experience as a Mac specialist when he worked at Apple. Andrew is smart, driven, and looking for his next opportunity to learn and grow.

ANTIONETTE ::: EXECUTIVE AND DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT
Antionette is an Executive Assistant/ Development Associate that has worked the last 4 years for MTV. She started out as an Executive Assistant for Brian Graden where she did all administrative duties, HR, research, travel, and consulting. She was then moved up to Series Development where she assisted the VP of series development Heather Olander doing script coverage, assisting in meetings, talent arrangements, and tracking show development. Loree has over 9 years of administrative assistant experience. She worked for Curtis Brown, a Lit Agency in New York where she answered phones, read scripts, booked travel domestically and internationally and set up conference calls. She has also worked for Humana, an Insurance company in Florida, Dollface Inc., a production company in New York and Toll Brothers, a luxury home building company also in Florida. She’s organized, polished and well-spoken.

ALYSSA ::: ENTRY-LEVEL ASSISTANT
Alyssa graduated in May 2008 from the Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse. She moved to Los Angeles for more opportunity and was offered a position at Rigel Entertainment, an independent distribution and production company. Here, she assisted the Chairman & CEO and the COO with any administrative help they needed. She rolled calls, scheduled meetings and travel arrangements, and helped out with whatever needed to get done. Things have slowed down with the work at the company, so she is helping out here and there, but the job is basically done. She is currently looking for a new opportunity!

Georgia recently graduated from Chapman University with her MFA in Screenwriting. Chelsea is a recent grad from Michigan State University, where she earned her degree in Advertising. During her last year in school, she came out to Los Angeles to intern with mOcean. Here, they gave her a great internship experience as she was able to write copy, was involved in brainstorming and development ideas, and researched stock footage for trailers. After graduating, she moved back to Los Angeles and has been working part-time at Starbucks and has been freelancing as a production assistant for Radical Media. VIRGINIA ::: ADMIN SUPERSTAR
Virginia is an incredibly organized and enthusiastic administrative guru! Recent work includes her roles assisting at Brand Sense Partners, as Associate Program Director for the non-profit AIDS Marathon Training Program and the Studio Manager for the Sfactor, she has developed a wide range of skills that will make her invaluable to your office. She has handled everything from data entry, generating spreadsheets, rolling calls and scheduling to overseeing teams and motivating staff. She is a great motivator and joy to be around, as well as highly skilled on both Mac and PC and the Office Suite as well as Photoshop and Publisher.

SARAH ::: GREAT ENTRY-LEVEL GRADUATE
Sarah recently graduated from USC with a degree in Political Science and Communication. During school, she held several internships including one at the California Democratic Party, where she assisted in planning Senator Obama’s USC visit and also did administrative tasks while assisting a voting hotline. She also interned with Target Corporation, in their Distribution Center where she was given a huge project that involved lots of research and analysis. Most recently, she has been helping a small events company with event planning and has also been working as an assistant for a boutique stationary store. She’s smart, well-spoken and ready to start her career.

MEL ::: DIRECTOR’S ASSISTANT
Mel graduated with his MFA in TV and Recording Arts in 2007 and moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in entertainment. He’s had great experience assisting directors on various films. Most recently, he assisted Lara Shapiro on a Nu Image/Millennium Films project and he was responsible for anything that came up. From casting to managing talent, coordinating his director’s schedule and arranging transportation/meals, Mel kept very busy. He also worked for Director, Valerie Breiman, on a Red Eye Productions film, “Overnight.” Here, he maintained the director’s hectic schedule, managed the production office and helped with any last minute requests that came up. He’s very personable, very smart and would be a great addition to any team.

SEAN ::: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Sean Boyle graduated from College of the Holy Cross with a degree in English in 2002. He moved to New York City as soon as he graduated and was offered a position at Merchant Ivory Productions, where he assisted in Post Production on the film of “Le Divorce.” He covered phones, took care of faxes and helped out with any administrative work that needed to be done in the office. He has also worked for several films, including, “Aftermath.” He recently moved to Los Angeles and is interested in any temp and perm work.

MARK ::: INTERESTED IN FILM & TV
Mark graduated from San Diego State University in 2005 with a degree in TV, Film and New Media Production. During and right after college, Mark worked for several TV production companies such as: CBS Productions, Don Weiner Productions, ESPN and Paramount Television. While he loved the work, there was no stability, so when he was offered a position as an Associate at DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services, he took it. He has been there for the past three years and while he has gained great experience, he is eager to get back into the entertainment industry. He’s smart, well-spoken and has great experience!

KATIE::: RECENT NYU GRADUATE
Katie recently graduated from NYU with a BS in Media, Culture & Communication. In her last semester she came out to Los Angeles and interned with Fox Broadcasting Company and The Jinks/Cohen Company. She got to do everything from covering assistant desks to logging dailies, cuts, scripts, and attending table reads and tapings for the Current Programming division of Fox. At Jinks/Cohen she gained experience rolling calls, coverage for script submissions. While in school she also interned for Fuse Television Network and Atlas Media Group. She is proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Filemaker. She has excellent communication and written skills, and she is now in Los Angeles looking for great opportunities.

Silvy recently graduated from California State University, Chico with a BA in Communication Studies. While is school she held some great internships with FOX, Sony/BMG, Universal Music Group as the Marketing Intern. Tara was most recently working for Lionsgate where she was Assistant to EVP of International Marketing doing everything from reading scripts to helping develop pitch and sales positions to take to international film markets, assisting in selection of key art as well as basic administrative duties, calls, schedule, travel and expenses. She has also interned in the past with Camelot Pictures and VH1 Productions. She has a BA in Film Production from Loyola Marymount University, and proficient in Office, SAP, and Quicken. MIKE ::: COORDINATOR
Mike is a well organized Coordinator with over 5 years experience working for the likes of Warner Bros. Television, DME Entertainment, Anonymous Content and Gerber Pictures. At Warner Bros. he was a traffic coordinator managing the shipping of dailies and post- production materials for multiple shows, managing and trafficking union workers, liaising between several departments including studio and show employees, maintaining archives and managing heavy phones, data processing and filing. He has also managed several spreadsheets to track projects, scheduled appointments, ran errands, researched and developed special department projects. Mike is very knowledgeable of the industry, incredibly organized and eager to find his next opportunity.

EMILY ::: ACCOUNT COORDINATOR
Emily is a fresh and new to the industry Account Coordinator. She was most recently at The Strausberg Group as an Account Coordinator for clients like Auberge & Solage Resorts, Westin Hotels & Resorts, St. Regis, and the Marina Del Rey CVB. Not only did she manage projects and deadlines for these accounts but she assisted with creative teams in the development of print, email and online campaigns. She also assisted in the launch of three websites. Not only does Emily have the experience of a smaller agency like Strausberg but she has also interned for large agencies like Lowe Worldwide in New York as their Creative Department Intern. Emily is new to the game but has a great start to be a powerful asset for your team.

CASSIE ::: PROJECT MANAGER
Cassie is an Account/ Project Manager who has experience in animation, entertainment, photography, and ad agencies. She was most currently at Sargent & Berman where she was an Account Coordinator for clients such as UCLA and Princes Cruises. She aided in the transition into digital marketing and worked on widgets, micro sites, and emails. Before that she was a project manager at Jean Gardner & Associates which is a photography agency. She helped organize and produce photo shoots for their roster of photographers including Art Brewer and Andrew Hall. She also had great experience in television as a freelance production and post production coordinator as well as a coordinator for Paramount pictures working on special features for DVDs. Cassie is motivated with a great personality to be an excellent addition to any team.

Stephanie is a Project Manager whose managing skills lay in coordinating print and DVD projects. She has a background in administration and bookkeeping but started project managing at DZN where she was hired as a Billing Analyst but then quickly promoted to Project Manager. She worked closely with the account exec and other designers, managing projects for companies like Mattel, NBC, and Universal. She has currently been freelancing for the last year and is looking for her next opportunity.

TIMOTHY ::: ADMIN ASSISTANT WITH EXCELLENT WRITING SKILLS
Timothy recently graduated from Washington and Lee University with a BA in Journalism/Communication. While is school he held a great internship with Clear Channel as the marketing and promo intern for KLAC and worked with a small team analyzing audience trends to produce a user friendly website. Christina was recently Executive/Personal Assistant to comedian /actor/musician Katt Williams. Here she did everything for him including managing schedule, managing bills and accounts, assisting in his comedy tour, hiring of staff, to name a few of her duties. AMJAD ::: ENTRY-LEVEL ASSISTANT
Amjad recently graduated with a degree in Neuroscience from UCLA. All throughout school, he worked to gain experience and polish his administrative skills. He has worked for the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where he was their Senior Clerk. Here, he assisted with special events logistics, took inventory and ordered supplies and helped out wherever needed. Prior to this, he worked for a doctor’s office, where he managed the records archive, prepped patient records for appointments, made copies and did data entry. Currently, he is working for UCLA again as an Administrative Assistant. Here, he is proof reading documents, printing business plans, and distributing documents, among other administrative tasks. He is interested in an entry-level position in the entertainment industry and will start at the ground level to gain experience. He’s smart, friendly and motivated.

Charlene was most recently working for Gemstar-TV Guide International, where she worked as the Executive Assistant to the SVP of Business Development and the SVP of Digital Media. NICOLE ::: PR ASSISTANT
Nicole recently graduated from Cal State Dominguez Hills with a BA in Communications/PR. She worked all throughout school, which gave her great real world experience. From 2004 – 2007, she worked for 100.3 the Beat as an Office/Production Assistant. She assisted the market controller, the business office manager, and the A/R specialist with any extra help that they needed. In 2007, she interned for Showreel International in the PR department. Here she was involved in the meetings with prospective clients, updated the media contact lists, designed and produced press kits and was responsible for collecting press clips, bios, press releases and fact sheets. Since graduating, Nicole has been interning for a boutique entertainment PR company, LAJ & Associates. Here, she is responsible for escorting clients/talent to events and media appearances, pitches clients to various media, coordinates travel for the publicists, answers phones and any other administrative work that comes in. From her work and intern experience during school, Nicole has learned so much and is excited to start her career! She is open for any entry-level assistant positions in the entertainment industry.
