GRACE ::: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Grace is an experienced assistant who was most recently working with KP Fashion Company, as the Executive Assistant/Office Manager assisting with everything from extensive travel planning, expense reports, presentations, scheduling, and managing the day to day operations. Grace not only has great administrative experience but has extensive travel coordinating experience working with Guess Inc. as the Travel Coordinator and Rock and Republic as the Travel Manager. She has been responsible for arranging domestic and international corporate travel including air, car, rentals and hotels for all upper level executives. She is highly organized and very personable. Dina has most recently been working for United Artist, Dream Works/Paramount & Walt Disney Studios where she has been an AD Coordinator responsible for everything from maintaining the shooting schedule, coordinating PR events, and coordinating all staff meetings and events. Prior to this she was working with Corcoran Sunshine Marketing where she maintained the database, rolled calls, and aiding in the design and concept of all marketing materials. She has also in the past worked with Park Century School and The William Morris Agency. She is proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet Research and The MLS. She is now looking for a great company where she can grow.
ELIZABETH ::: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Elizabeth was most recently working with Rock & Republic where she was Executive Assistant to the VP of Operations. Here she was handling many responsibilities including composing reports, correspondence, memos, forms, agendas, and directories. She was booking travel and preparing itineraries, conducting research and preparing reports, to name a few of her duties. Prior to this Elizabeth was receptionist for Mercury Media, and has many years experience in the customer service area. She is highly personable and has excellent customer service skills. She is proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel, and is now looking for her next great opportunity.
JAIME ::: PERSONAL/EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Her name is Jaime and she has some great Personal/Executive assistant experience. After graduating and moving to Los Angeles, Jaime got a job working for Punch Productions where she assisted the owner and his wife. She was responsible for personal errands, but the bulk of her job was in office where she scheduled events, meetings, and heavy travel for them. If he was shooting a film abroad or traveling with his family, she was responsible for making sure that every detail was taken care of for them. After about 3 ½ years with them, she returned to Houston to be with family and get married. She got a job with a huge company, EPCO, where she assisted the Chairman of the company, Dan Duncan. Here she was responsible for his professional and personal calendar, scheduled appointments, meeting and complex travel, not only for him professionally, but also for his entire family on the personal side. She is really smart, reliable and ready to work!
JAMAICA ::: ENTRY-LEVEL ASST
A recent graduate from Elmira College in New York, Jamaica moved to Los Angeles for more opportunity. While in Vermont, she worked for The Times Argus as an Office Manager, where she was responsible for the operation of the office. Here, she answered phones, ordered office supplies, and assisted the Press Bureau. Soon after, she worked as a claims analyst for Blue Cross Blue Shield where she was responsible for determining submissions of claims. She made the move to Los Angeles and is looking for an entry-level opportunity within the entertainment industry. Jamaica is smart, friendly and motivated.

WILL ::: ADMIN ASSISTANT
Will is an experienced assistant most recently working with New Line Cinema as the Development Department Assistant. Here he was assisting several assistants setting meetings, scheduling, and handling a high volume of calls. Here he also handled all areas within the story department for coverage and submission logs. Prior to this Will was working with the marketing department of New Line Cinema where he was assisting with daily activities such as expense reports, handling one sheets, answering phones, and running errands. He has high energy, and is a great communicator. Will is looking for his next challenge where he can grow with a great company.
ALI ::: ADMIN ASSISTANT
Ali was most recently working with Anonymous Content where he was the director’s assistant with a variety of responsibilities serving as the primary communication link between production companies and talent agencies, managing a heavy schedule, creating daily call sheets and monthly expense reports to name a few of his duties. He worked prior to this with MJZ production company managing the director’s schedule, and handling domestic and international travel arrangements, and responsible for day to day office affairs. Ali holds a BA in film and video production from Brooks Institute of Photography, has a great work ethic, and is now looking for his next challenge.
JENNY ::: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Jenny is an experienced Executive Assistant most recently working with Herzog +Company where she has a variety of responsibilities including assisting the owner of the company, coordinating meetings, assisting the TV Production Dept VP with proposals, database management, research, and script coverage to name a few of her duties. Prior to this Jenny was working with Prudential California Realty as an Executive Assistant coordinating events, travel arrangements, meetings, and maintaining an extensive database of contacts. Here she worked with clients and vendors on a daily basis. She has also worked in the past with Miramax Studios where she gained great experience providing assistance to one of the executive producers. Jenny has 6 years working in the entertainment and real estate industries, and is now looking for her next great opportunity with a great creative company where she can be part of a team.
ELI ::: RECENT GRAD
Eli recently graduated from Ithaca College with a degree in Cinema and Photography. During school, he was involved in many production projects where he worked as a production assistant. He was responsible for running errands, answering phones, researching locations and helping in finding product sponsors. Eli recently moved to Los Angeles and is looking to get his foot in the door of the entertainment industry. He really well-spoken, intelligent and motivated. He’s open to anything to gain experience.
JENNIFER ::: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Jennifer started her career interning for Interscope Records which cemented her interest in the music business. After completing her internship, she worked as an Executive/Personal assistant for Extasy Recording Studios North, where she was responsible for scheduling meetings, keeping track of complicated itineraries, booking complex travel, managing studio sessions for artists as well as all personal duties for the owner. She was also responsible for traveling with him worldwide. She gained great experience there and was then offered a job at SG Services where she did a little of everything from coordinating travel to supervising interns to managing the social networking side of things. Since it was a small and very busy office, Jennifer was able to learn a lot. She is currently looking for an established company where she can learn and grow.
ANDREW ::: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Andrew graduated from Washington State University with a BA in Theatre Production and has been working in the entertainment industry since graduating. He has worked for companies including, A Band Apart, Mandate Pictures, and Flyer Entertainment. For the past two years, he has been with Flyer Entertainment, working as an Editorial Assistant. He assisted editors in logging, mixing, digitizing, and compression of media as well as managed all operations of the tape room. He is now looking for an assistant position within film or TV. Andrew is really smart, very reliable and open to new opportunities.

TRACY ::: ADMIN ASST/FILM & TV
Tracy graduated from UCLA with a degree in Communication Studies in 2006. She has had some great experience, working for Reason Pictures, Thanksgiving Films, and The Burning House, where she has assisted writer’s and producer’s with script coverage, coordinated film festival logistics and general administrative help whenever needed. Although she has gained really great experience with these smaller companies, she is now looking to get her foot in the door with an established production company. Tracy is smart, very personable and confident.
BRITTANY ::: RECENT GRAD/PUBLIC RELATIONS
Brittany recently graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Journalism. During school, she interned for The Ulum Group, where she was able to learn how to create media lists, helped maintain client accounts, covered administrative tasks when needed and developed client interaction skills. Brittany also interned for EdVenture Partners, where she helped create a mock advertising campaign for Subaru Impreza and conducted surveys and focus groups. Brittany recently moved to Los Angeles and is looking for her first great job! She is polished, sharp and motivated.
CHANEL ::: EXPERIENCED EXECUTIVE ASST
Chanel has about 8 years of administrative experience. She started her career at Universal Music Group, where she worked for about 4 years. Here, she supported the VP of Administrative Services and was then promoted to the Executive Assistant to The Executive VP of Black Music. Here she coordinated all travel and meetings, processed payments, planned conferences, events and covered all administrative work. She was offered a position at Victoria’s Secret as a Traffic Coordinator, which she decided to take to try something new. Here, she provided administrative support to the entire art department, was responsible for timelines and budgets and managed weekly itineraries for the creative teams. Although she learned a lot, she wanted to get back into the music business, so she took a position at Warner Bros Records as an Urban Promotions Coordinator. After about two years in the position, they transfered her to Los Angeles, where she stayed for about a year before her position was eliminated. She is now looking for a great fit for her!
SHELIA ::: ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Shelia Rhodes has over 8 years of accounts payable experience. A lot of her experience has been in the automotive industry, working for companies such as Calabasas Motorcars Inc, Casa De Cadillac and Autoland. In these positions, she was responsible for coding and posting all invoices, maintain all schedules for payables and reconcile statements, and setting up and renewing all business licenses. For the past year, she was working for Emser Tile as an Accounts Payable Specialist. Here, she handled inquiries for over 100 vendors worldwide, reconciled statements, coded and processed accounts payable invoices and assisted with month end closing. Shelia is looking for her next challenge and is open to temporary and permanent opportunities.
THERESA ::: TOP NOTCH EXEC ASST
Theresa has over 5 years of Executive Assistant experience. At 310 Motoring, Theresa supported the CEO/President of the company with everything from answering and screening high profile calls, to handling all administrative tasks to personal errands when needed. After about a year there, she accepted a position at Arden Realty, where she supported the VP of Information Systems for about 3 years. Here, she covered all administrative tasks, which included, booking travel arrangements, setting up meetings and provided personal assistance when needed. After about 3 years there, she decided to try something new and took a position at CC Couture, where she assisted the President of the company with travel arrangements, phones, calendars and conference calls. The company went under, so she is now looking for a great company! Theresa is sharp, polished and professional.
